Nothing sums up the state of this country more than a group of fascists fighting with the police to ‘defend’ a memorial to those who died fighting fascism.

This is the first ever photograph of a human. Daguerre's image of Boulevard du Temple, Paris in 1838. The man having his shoes shined can be seen in the bottom left. The daguerreotype, took around seven minutes to develop a single image.

Mickaël André. Ajar. ‘These images have no time, no place, I see them as pure symbols of these strange ajar doors for so long, not everything is yet clear, but there are feelings that we do not question and whose secrets reveal themselves long after one has entered one self.’

*GIVE-AWAY* 63 followers off 7k. I know it’s a shock that many people follow me . I used to get loads of engagement but that’s very slow these days , so when I get to 7k I’ll give away a (new )floral artwork from ongoing current phase. picked randomly from those who RT this. GO

I took photos of my paintings I’ve been working on this week, used some photo edit layering and I’ve created something completely different. It might not be for everyone, but I love taking my art a little bit further by experimenting . The layers show the brush marks that I love

One of the things about doing art as a job is that there’s no guarantees of a sale , even if you work 7 days a week 8 hours a day . So even if you don’t want to buy it, by sharing it , it could catch someone’s eye. So thank you to those who support and share what I do . 🙏🏻❤️

Get ‘em printed and in frames. No use sitting on a load of JPEGs. Yer can’t hang a jpeg on the wall. #photography #photographylovers #photoprints
