Today’s speculation. Whilst known as an anti-coagulant, heparin binds to a huge array of cytokines and has anti-inflammatory and immunomodulatory properties. Many think LVSD seen in #COVID19 is a cytokine-mediated phenomenon. Could be worth thinking about.
