#ISKP (not confirmed yet) has ramped up its targeting of foreign nationals inside of #Afghanistan - on US troops during withdrawal, the Russian and Pakistani embassies, Chinese citizens inside a #Kabul hotel, China's diplomatic delegation at the Taliban's FM building, etc etc.

ISKP suspected of killing three foreign tourists in Afghanistan. If it is ISKP, this would be in line with their past efforts to target foreign interests in country.
