WE. DID. IT. With the help of our partners Jack Brown Cleaners, iHeart Radio and KVUE, our Coats for Kids team collected the millionth coat today! Since CFK began 36 years ago, we have collected and distributed over 1 million coats.

The Junior League of Austin and Coats for Kids would like to thank every school and business that participated in the Coat Drive competition. In total, 8,185 coats were collected by those who participated in the coat drive competition.

Today is the last day to drop off new and gently used coats to Jack Brown Cleaners. All locations are open from 7am - 7pm. You can also Text GIVEATX to 243725 to make a donation, and we’ll order the coats. $20 buys a warm winter coat for a Central Texas child.

We are so grateful to have raised $79,500 through Philanthropitch Austin last week. 👟

🎯 Thanks to the generous donations and matching funds that came in as a result of Philanthropitch, we will be able to serve up to 3,000 MORE children this year!

Kids Giving Back is partnering with FIT for school supplies for our FIT partner schools in Del Valle. Grab a few supplies and drop of them off either at Austin Infiniti or the Junior League of Austin's Community Impact Center. The final day to drop off supplies is 8/27.

Throwing it back today: Elizabeth McCormick offered a flower arranging class to her provisional group. While a JLA member’s provisional group membership ends with her provisional year, we often see provisional groups stay together throughout the years!
