Went to the Alps last week on a hiking adventure. Lucky enough to be there when the UTMB was on and got to see my phenomenal idol Courtney Dauwalter run right past me amongst some other amazing athletes. She was smiling as usual, made it a birthday never forget!

Been exploring the trails around Cadouin for my morning runs. Lumpy with some interesting finds😊

Utterly of my comfort zone but I got in a chuffing lake and swam 750m struggled to settle my hr & breathing throughout but then I got on a bike for 24k then ran 5k this morning.
This was down to lots of stupidity and took a lot of self belief but I did it😊

Well 💅🏻Existential Crisis Barbie💅🏻 I got in a lake and swam😊 not 50 m as accoding to Garmin but 1200 ish. After an initial panic it was actually ok😊

Not in my usual running attire! Today I had the honour of attending the Royal Garden Party at Buckingham Palace for my work on the covid vaccination programme. I represented all my SHaR and other #NHS colleagues as the work we have all done has been phenomenal 😊

15 mile run. Bit nippy and had to persuade myself I could to do it until I got to mile 7 for some reason was feeling doubtful, then got in the groove😅
