Something of a side issue in the bigger picture here, but maybe a contributing factor… CT contrast does not cause renal toxicity. This seems to be one of the most tenacious myths that exists in healthcare, and only leads to missed or delayed diagnosis.

650 patients = 650 minutes per day
3,954 hours per year
37.5 hrs per week is 1,575 hours per year.
So we need 2.5 additional staff to fill in a “1 minute” form.
BUT this also works the other way round.
