The positive: The Court did not accept Germany's request to remove the case from the Court’s docket.

Germany is willfully and deliberately participating in carrying out genocide in Gaza and the rest of Palestine. We’re all witness to it. The German government’s own documentation of its arms sales, permits, exports and transfers to Zionist terrorists is just part of the evidence.

Although the ICJ's decision to not indicate provisional measures is disappointing, Nicaragua's case against Germany is permitted to continue.

There is much to be learned here. And that knowledge will be applied in future proceedings to hold other complicit states accountable.
