Wow...

I spent 1 hour and 37 minutes on hold before being hung up on. I was trying to return an $800+ check that was sent to me in error. I called a different dept. to try and get to the right one without waiting. They told me to mail the check to them, that I couldn't get through.

My insurance approved the insulin pump, and due to the warranty, there was no charge or copay required. The insurance company paid regardless. I've just received a check from the pump company indicating an overpayment on my part. Honesty can be challenging.
