Today, I tendered my resignation to Princeton University's Every Voice steering committee, which is planning the LGBTQ+ alumni conference. I do this in solidarity with students, faculty, and staff demanding a permanent ceasefire in Gaza. I do not consent to pinkwashing.

Some tenured faculty members at Brown University are being threatened with vague disciplinary action after having visited the encampments. They received this email from the Dean of Faculty. I’ve confirmed at least 2, but there are at least 2 more I am hearing about beyond that.

I’m currently at Princeton wearing my Yarmulke, waiting to be inundated with all the vicious anti-Semitism we’re told has overtaken our once-great Elite American Universities. I’ll let you know if I survive 😭

I want to offer this as resistance escalates on college campuses. as a former activist & organizer, as someone who has been ringing the alarm since pre-2020 about the rise of fa*cism, I implore those of us who work with students to consider the following as we fight back. 1/n
