For higher heat cooking I’ve been doing 50/50 olive oil / avocado oil. The scientists tell me that in theory it shouldn’t work because of molecules or something. But I gotta tell you, in practice it seems to work great. You guys got any thoughts on this?

Just because you haven’t taken the time to understand how to value a newer asset, because you’re still trying to use your antiquated methods, doesn’t mean that asset can’t go up in value. It also doesn’t mean you have to get so angry every time it does go up in value. Grow up.
