Volusia Sheriff Unapologetic drug dealer Jerod Bennett (DOB 7/11/1989) is charged with:

Trafficking in fentanyl
Trafficking in cocaine
Possession of a controlled substance w/out a prescription
Renting a structure to traffic narcotics
Possession of drug paraphernalia
He is now in jail w/ no bond

Volusia Sheriff We ended up recovering:

31.27 grams fentanyl

35 grams crack cocaine

3.45 grams amphetamine/dextroamphetamine pills

Loaded 9mm firearm w/ extended magazine

Scales, baggies, blender w/ fentanyl residue

Michael E. Hall, 60, of Woodland Ave, New Smyrna Beach, was last seen around 10 a.m. Saturday.

He left home on foot after an argument. Family has concerns for his well-being.

He was wearing a blue flannel shirt, jeans & boots.
