Mary McBride (Donegal County Council), Rubén Goñi (Gobierno de Navarra) and Aitor Larraza (Visitplazaola ) opened the conference, which began with a presentation of the innovative marketing tools used in the project to promote the Atlantic paths.

Today we discussed how trails can help sustain rural communities. We have also analysed cases of #B2C initiatives developed in #TrailGazers together with local companies that have participated in the project.

After the closure conference, the #TrailGazers team heads off to start the fieldwork and visit the #Plazaola Greenway and its surroundings.
