This is already happening. It's called EU voting rights meaning Irish people living in Poland can vote in Polish local and EU elections.

I don’t disagree with him as such, but last summer there was a state decision to effectively tolerate road blockades against refugee accommodation - also people’s homes - & if people’s homes deserve protection I actually think that should apply equally to the humble & the grand

Don't forget about funding! Candidates need funding, especially independent candidates of minority backgrounds.
