I'm actually beginning to warm to this Swing 5 thing. On an average season most tour journeymen will produce a big week or two and by result all kinds of random guys are getting a shot in the bigger events.

A mixed bag of a Friday for us at Byron Nelson as 3 of our guys struggled & MC. On the positive side Laird is well placed to make a run over the weekend & not ruling Hoge out of getting in the frame if he can hole some putts.

Solid start for our guys in Byron Nelson. Three at -3, one at -4 & C Kim the best at -5.

Interesting equipment news at the CJ Cup with Ben Griffin putting a MaxFli golf ball (MaxFli’s Tour X) into play after weeks of testing. He's picked up distance and said the ball is more stable in the wind.

No doubt Adelaide is jewel in LIV’s crown highlighting appetite for golf in Oz with big names.
What makes it laughable tho is likes of Rahm using it as example of LIV’s value when he & most other (non Oz) big LIV names chose not to set foot their until now being paid fortunes to!

A full place for Cantlay & 3/4 place return for Sepp as we went for the 80s 7 places. A profitable week in the end then.

Only a handful of holes left at Heritage but a lot still in the balance for us. We need Cantlay to get up & down on 18 for par & Sepp to hole his birdie putt on 15 & then at least par his way in. 🤞🤞

Billy Ho winning Corales is a reminder that sometimes the answer to these opposite field events is simply to go with the class act who has taken a rare step down in grade of field. Great to see him back on top after last yrs struggles.
