It's really easy to make plastic free bird food and bird feeders! Buy loose peanuts. Roast. Whizz in a blender with oil. Melt lard and add a cup of peanut mixture. Throw in bird seed from #CornhillPetsCountryCraft . Roll into fat balls or other shapes. Done! Action on Plastic

My family have been plastic free since 2021. We have found many alternatives that are better for the planet and us. If everyone cut out one item of plastic, the difference would be huge. I'd love to see Stroud become the UK's first plastic free town! Action on Plastic Stroud District Green Party

ICYMI I was on ITV News yesterday talking about how pollution from plastic toys is a supply issue - not a demand one. Parents are being flooded with cheap, poorly made and hard to recycle plastic toys. Reduction and reuse is key!
