The Stormont Executive and UK government have reached agreement to review how Northern Ireland public services are funded. The interim deal builds on the funding package which helped restore devolution in February. The immediate effect will be an extra £24m for Stormont’s budget.

The McKeever Hotel Group, which owns the Dunadry and Dunsilly hotels in Co Antrim, is understood to be closing in on a deal to buy The Lodge Hotel in Coleraine. It would the sixth hotel in its portfolio.

Kainos' share price is up by around 12% on the back of this morning's results. A much better response from the markets compared to its half-year report and last month's announcement that FY24 revenues came in lower than market analysts had forecast. Price up 30% since April 18.
