Last night saw a well earned 0-0 draw away at leaders Kintbury Rangers FC in the Wiltshire Senior League
5 changes from the starting XI last week and a fantastic debut in goal from Mears meant the young miners travelled home from last seasons champions with a point.

MATCH POSTPONED
Tonight’s home Wiltshire Senior League fixture against Wims11 Football Academy is OFF due to a waterlogged pitch.
Our next game will be Mondays League cup tie at Kintbury Rangers FC

We will travel to Westland Sports FC in the 1/4 Final of the Somerset FA U18 Cup.
The tie will be played in week commencing 8th January.
Tonight’s game was Abandoned with 17 minutes remaining following a 20minute floodlight failure caused by an external National Grid UK Customers (ex-WPD) power surge.
We were comfortably leading 3-1 at the time with goals from JimmyRedfern Lex Southall sonnyclayton.
We progressed into the last 8 of the Somerset FA U18 Cup with a 5-4 Penalty shootout win over Bishops Lydeard AFC following a tight 0-0 draw.
The shootout included 3 saves by keeper Frankie Phillips and the winning penalty placed home by captain Bill Tucker.
