Our paper on the nanoRAPIDS platform is out in Communications Chemistry. The analytical pipeline nanofractionates 10 ul complex culture extract into 384 wells and then determines high-res mass and bioactivity of all peaks.

This is JGI’s database of natural product BGCs. The current version contains BGC info from AntiSMASH 7 and EmeraldBGC for as many bacteria as we could find (~1.3M genomes).
