📣 The @AtlQuiltFest's exhibit in honor of John Lewis is returning to the @civilrightscntr!
Installed March 1 to April 30, the exhibit pays homage to the U.S. representative & #FreedomRider who was pivotal to helping strengthen & protect Black Americans' #civilrights .
On Sunday, the SPLC and SPLC President and CEO Margaret Huang joined the commemoration of a key event in the Civil Rights Movement that led to landmark voting rights legislation, #SelmaJubilee .
Today, we honored the legacy of Bloody Sunday and the Selma Jubilee bridge crossing, pivotal moments in the fight for #VotingRights . Let us never forget the courage of those who marched and recommit to protecting the right to vote for all.
