4th graders recently enjoyed a wonderful field trip to Ellis Island! This annual trip accompanies their social studies unit on immigration, allowing them to gain first hand knowledge and experience on all of the topics they are learning about in the classroom.

3rd graders were all smiling from ear to ear as they participated in the annual Egg Drop project!🤩Congrats to all of our 3rd grade students on their successful landings.This project is one of our favorite ways to introduce the engineering design process to our youngest Cougars!

Last month, MKA juniors had the opportunity to travel to Washington, D.C. and meet with Congresswoman Mikie Sherrill, witness a vote in the House of Representatives, visit the Arlington National Cemetery, and more. The Junior D.C. trip is always a highlight of the school year!
