Tomorrow 9/15/24, 12 weeks since I moved out due to historic flood. So much devastation. Still grappling with the lessons I am supposed to learn from this, I am grateful for all I have. Even 20 acres of weeds ❤️ always forward!
Kickback Sunday on the farm, Mocha, Cheeto, Little Latte and Pepper (she arrived after the flood and will not allow me to catch her “yet”) all in all I am still NOT a cat person, but not a rodent, rabbit or gopher in sight 😂
Some mornings I light a little fire while sipping my coffee and take a moment to plan my day, then giggle and realize it never goes how I imagine anyway. Quiet time before it all starts again! Go get every minute of this beautiful life ❤️
May not look like much, yet right here in this video, I see repairs, rebuilding, resilience. I am grateful for all I have learned and grown through (and from) these past months. Water line on buildings will be a reminder, appreciate what you have today ❤️
Mowed some weeds, filled some hay bags, removed front steps that went wonky in the flood!
Next equine chiropractor and try to get those steps rebuilt tomorrow 🤷♀️ have a great afternoon 🐴
Shout out to an amazing couple Hoang Lam (American/Freedom)💯🇺🇸 Margy Lam spreading the American spirit 🇺🇸 Make Your Own Bread!!! Great message, go work for the life you dreamt about, don’t sit and wait for someone to hand it to you 💪 #myob
Thankful Thursday, the storm that missed my little farm last night! Have a great day, loving the back to normal of stalls to clean and nickering ponies! That darn entry porch/steps will have to wait 😂
Running for timers from the barn. My dad requested lasagna, my daughter requested chicken lasagna, and my mom a pumpkin cheesecake! I will not burn ANYTHING 😳 on a good note the house smells amazing! Have a great afternoon time to tackle the steps!
Ponies, pup and little bit of work on my step project. Time to shower and tidy the indoors so my mother doesn’t give me the “knowing” look 😂 have a great afternoon!
