LB937 from Sen. Bostar just passed on a 45-0-4 vote and includes my bill LB58, which will end the sales tax on diapers.

🥳PASSED: LB233! It reduces the child support penalty in Nebraska’s ADC program, meaning child support funds will actually be used to support kids in Nebraska’s lowest income families starting in 2027. Thank you Senator John Cavanaugh, we look forward to the Gov. signing this into law!
