🥳PASSED: LB233! It reduces the child support penalty in Nebraska’s ADC program, meaning child support funds will actually be used to support kids in Nebraska’s lowest income families starting in 2027. Thank you Senator John Cavanaugh, we look forward to the Gov. signing this into law!
