Sleep, like your art, needs regular practice. Try your best not to sacrifice sleep for your art, if you can help it. The damage it does to you mentally and physically in the long-term is real bad. As someone who forced himself into all-nighters for decades, I don't recommend it.

Genuinely good way to look at it btw because it was only once I tried to put personality, character, little stories, and detail into my backgrounds that I came to enjoy them and get better at them. Instead of just A Room, think abt how a character personalizes the objects in it!

This really just altered how I look at backgrounds and rooms like at this moment 😭😭😭
