I never imagined that one of the most bitterly fought labour battles of recent years would be between a union & an NGO that years earlier had given it a Future of Work award.

Members at the RSA have accepted an improved offer and this dispute has come to an end.

This was the first major dispute in IWGB Charity Workers Branch, which was formed just four years ago and has inspired many other workers to start getting organised.
