One Wall Centre achieved a 7:1 height-to-width ratio presented distinctive structural challenges, prompting inventive approaches to meet rigorous wind and seismic design standards.

Situated just minutes from the University of Southern California, this 7-story, 73-unit student apartment building consists of five levels of Type III residential over one level of Type I residential, with one level of above grade parking and one level of subterranean parking.

Monaco is located on the crest of a hill, offering unobstructed views of Semiahmoo Bay. The sloped site required careful analysis and planning among the project team.

Our team designed a structural steel frame to temporarily suspend the heritage façade while the building behind is being constructed to preserve the historically significant façade for future generations.

Check out this recent site photo of our Monaco project in White Rock, BC. The development has one floor to be completed before the building is topped off.

Upon completion, Monaco will be a 12-storey mixed-use building in the heart of White Rock.

The design for the School of Biomedical Engineering building on the UBC Vancouver campus seamlessly blends architectural expression and functionality.
