Suffice to say we have a new ‘Best night of the Tour’ champion: Julian Clary’s show Royal Liverpool Philharmonic was special in many ways & an instant standing ovation showed the love in the room for him 😍👏

We also had a ‘Dress Up’ night & I chose to channel Lily Savage’ for my outfit 😈😁

I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve been to Nottingham. Today I’ve discovered that it has a castle 😲 To be honest I would still be clueless but directions to my hotel read: … bla bla bla when you see the CASTLE turn right … which had me intrigued.

And just like that we have a ‘Best Show of the Tour’: Canterbury, who would’ve thought! Julian Clary was on 🔥, the audience either cheering or in stiches, he picked hilarious ‘actors’ & the evening finished with a standing ovation at the sold out The Marlowe Theatre #AFistfulOfClary

It’s Shakespeare’s birthday today and I’m very pleased with my timing to attend a performance of Player Kings yesterday. I found myself taken on an extraordinary ride of a modern & historic mashup, it was fab. An extraordinary cast lead by the one and only Ian McKellen 👏👏

What? No cacti? 😂 However, with an unusual 6.30 pm start there’s bound to be a couple of latecomers.

Also, after my ticket barcode wouldn’t scan lovely chap sent me over to box office & I got upgraded to a lovely seat in the Royal Circle if you please 😁

And that’s week no 2 of #AFistfulOfClary touring fun completed with the King’s Lynn show being a highlight as it always is.

Loved the first half. Was in stitches throughout the staging of your ‘Magnificent 7 Inches”, just wild & outrageously brilliant🤣😂
