It’s always so hard saying goodbye after spending each week together in continuity clinic. Teaching UC San Diego School of Medicine students and watching them grow is one of the greatest joys I get to experience.

I always thought “out before noon” was nonsense and never patient-centered. It’s system-centered. Nice to see this. People first. Always.

Our new study sheds light on coccidioidomycosis in South America! Investigating disease characteristics, genetic variation, and environmental factors, we identified 292 cases and 42 outbreaks in Brazil. Armadillo hunting linked to heightened risks. nature.com/articles/s4146…
