No, it's not.

There are many reasons for insiders to sell. Just a few I have seen:
*Their wealth manager urged them to diversify
* Buying a boat
*

Entering 2022, sell-side expected $NU to generate $6.7 billion in 2024 revenue.

Today, sell-side expects $NU to generate $11.2 billion in 2024 revenue.

His problem is mainly that he is a trader, not an investor. 😏

The Saudi Arabia sovereign fund bought 1.8 million shares of $NU.

Small stakes compared to their total size, for sure, but it shows the big boys have their eyes on $NU. 👀
