My huge haul of merch, games and toys from Hasbro arrived. (So much more than this pic shows.)

During my recent visit to Hasbro HQ, I was given a Hasbro bag full of goodies and credit to spend in their onsite boutique. Then they shipped it all back for me. Over and above. 😍

We were treated like royalty - meeting Cynthia Williams was a highlight. Other amazing treats were visiting the model shop, the fun lab, meeting the games team, a mentoring session and being let loose in the shop!

Big news! After an amazing day at Hasbro HQ yesterday (part of the prize of winning the Women Innovators of Play contest) - I'm so excited to be able to say that I'll be working with Hasbro on my game... with the goal of publishing it in the future.

This is my new game with Mandela F-G. The mechanics and components have been entirely driven by theme. But our first prototype is entirely mechanical. I explained the theme to playtesters but omitted it from components to save time. First playtest was good, so should now add theme

I've just realised that the little frogs I bought for a prototype go rather brilliantly with my Free the Frog Coaster Game!

I'm making a game in which together players create a mood board. I've never spent as long making a prototype of a card game. But this has to be good for the game to work well. The first proto was confusing. Now after some advice from Rory Muldoon I think v2 is a little better.
