James Seyffart Well it's interesting that in the Coinbase 🛡️ case, the SEC did not assert that ETH was a security that made Coinbase a broker/exchange--SEC only alleged that its staking service was a security. Would be odd for U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission to claim ETH is always a security now.
