They need to be liable for NOT fixing a safety hazard.

We were supposed to get a protected intersection here, but the traffic engineer cancelled it because he was worried about a slight decrease in traffic flow on a street 100% parallel and redundant to the 8 freeway.

But no, it's the children that are the problem.

Agree. Focus on young children. Teach them about #SafeSystems . So if/when they become #TrafficEngineers , they'll know how to design #SafeStreets .
