Fair enough, but the proposed changes do not only address possible benefit changes for people with mental health conditions. The consultation is wide-ranging and would require some form of reassessment for every PIP claimant. 'The opposition' notably absent from opposing it, too.

Wonder whether Disability Rights UK Inclusion London might be doing this?
