This #WorldCancerDay , we are working to #CloseTheCareGap through collaborating with a range of different stakeholders in clinical, consumer and industry space, on Australia’s first Cancer Nursing and Navigation Program that provides pan-cancer support.
At our recent webinar, A/Prof Louise Nott discussed the clinical implications of navigation and how improvements can lead to shared benefits for our healthcare system. That’s why we continue to advocate for Australia’s first national broad cancer care navigation model!
The Cancer Concierge program at Royal Adelaide Hospital aims to improve navigation for inpatient services and is a great example of innovation in #cancercare . We passionately share this vision as new healthcare technologies can accelerate adoption of value-based care.
