When #RTÉInvestigates aired last week, we received this message from someone who was forced to travel from Ireland for an abortion a few years ago. She was wondering if we were the organisation that helped her cover some of the costs - and we were.

£267,819. That's what ASN has spent to help people in Ireland travel for abortions in the 5 years since the laws changed.

Between now and the next election, we'll hear from 200 people in Ireland.

We'll need to find €50,000 to cover the costs of travel, accommodation and abortion procedures overseas. Women who need abortions now can't just wait for legal reform.
