Happy New Year! This year will bring a lot of changes for me–but my hope for the District is that we redouble our support of the most vulnerable communities, embrace our kids, and reduce violence.

A DC Court rejected a challenge to temporarily halt DC’s ban on carrying concealed firearms on the Metro.

We’ll continue to fight this case in court. I’m proud of my office’s team for fighting to keep District residents safe.
