The term ex-Muslim is extremely important to me.
Islam and many Muslim communities around the world criminalise apostasy and Islam's apostates often face shunning and abuse. Ex-Muslims highlighting their mere existence help tackle that.

Should ex-Muslims be talking about Islam?

Why or why not?

Islamic Theology is in fact a manual of war, conquest, and control.
What else but a desire to rule would a political religion have?

Islamists are still defending slavery in 2024 because their religion justifies it.
Islam cemented its morality in the 7th century and refuse to grow out of it because then it will lose its claims of perfection and absolutism.
