1. More patients than docs. Clinic overbooked so patient care not delayed weeks/months

2. Docs spend more time with patient than time slot given (can’t tell someone they have cancer and say bye in 10 min)

3. Prior patients showed up late

In a leading teaching hospital, nearly every backache is treated with painkillers, Vit D, B Complex, Calcium, Pantoprazole & Pregabalin. Most aching backs require none of these drugs.
