In case people think we're over-emphasising the growth of the far-right 'Great Replacement' conspiracy theory - one with horrific echoes of 30's anti-semitism - here they are saying the quiet part out loud. Dr Nafeez Ahmed FRSA

When the horror starts for all of us, regular immigrants, second generation citizens, people with strange-sounding names, communities that celebrate different holidays, we will ask ourselves at what point it could have still been stopped. At THIS point.

On a completely different note:
'There's still tomorrow' opens in Britain this weekend. Go and watch it. It completely blew me away and it is more than justified that it was a massive box office hit in Italy, even bigger than Barbie... thetimes.co.uk/article/how-it…

The weirdest thing with this mega rainy wet and overall awful weekend weather is this. A snail having had enough as well entered the boat through the little air holes of my window. That… has never happened before. 😅

There was - rightly - a hue and cry over who could be allowed to own the Telegraph. I can’t remember a precedent for the true ownership of a paper being kept secret. That’s what’s happened with the Jewish Chronicle prospectmagazine.co.uk/ideas/media/65…

This is precisely what the EU does not need. A left wing pro Putin movement that undermines European interests from within. Honestly.

Watch this carefully: either The 22-mile trip for post-Brexit border controls will involve nugatory checks or the extra red tape - yes, that Brexit word - will lead to higher food prices ft.com/content/b0b1c3… via @ft

Britain is so much better at integration and gets way more benefits out of its immigration than e.g. Germany. It will always remain a mystery to me why Sunak thought his Rwanda plan would be an election winner.
It doesn't really ring a bell with most of Britain.
