What is the actual point of having a harassment policy in academic spaces if people in positions of authority simply do not care to 1) learn what it is, or 2) use it as a framework for space-sharing, repair, collaboration vs a stick to whack survivors with? I want to cry, blargh.

Remote accessibility should be standard. Online classes, telehealth etc. as a SAHM I had more opportunities to take care of myself mentally and physically in 2020 than any other point in my life. And my kid had way more opportunities to have his educational needs met w/o $$$$
