Odesa urgently needs more air defences etc to protect civilians and infrastructure that is crucial for Ukraines export, port & maritime activities. Russia wants to destroy Ukraines economy.

In my latest European Policy Centre Commentary I say that Ukrainians are paying the price of Western weakness.
Europe must “man up” and take the necessary steps to guarantee Ukraine’s ability to defend itself from Russia. European Security depends on #Ukraine ’s security.
