Your feminism is of no use if it is used to bully other women at their lowest points.

If you're a feminist that doesn't understand or even try to understand the way society breaks women, especially those who aren't privileged, at every turn then your feminism is sadly lacking.

I read this book yesterday and I had so much anger.

Anger for what Nigerian women suffer in marriage by putting society and family above themselves.

Woke up this morning and my anger had turn to grief.

Grief for the women who live the lives and even more terrible ones than the ones captured in the pages of this book.

May they eventually find selfishness, and choose themselves ♥️
