Friendly reminder that it's perfectly okay to launch a startup with just a cheap logo and a basic website.

Seriously just ship it.

You don't need a perfect product to start. Get your idea out there and start getting feedback. A fancy logo and a slick website can come later.

You don’t need an innovative startup idea.

You don’t need to invent a new category.

You don’t need to be a market leader.

You don’t need to disrupt anything.

Just solve a problem you understand, serve customers better than others, and build a sustainable business.

Your startup will never be perfect and that's okay because your main job as a founder is to just improve a little every day.

Perfection is an impossible goal and chasing it can hold you back. Instead, focus on incremental progress.

Every small improvement, every tweak, and

One of the biggest mistakes you can make as a startup founder is trying to scale something before you've really nailed it.

When you rush to scale you risk amplifying existing flaws and inefficiencies.

Take the time to refine your product, understand your market, and make sure

Momentum is oxygen for startups.

You have to celebrate the small wins.

Celebrate every successful customer.
Celebrate every month of revenue.
Celebrate every product milestone.
Celebrate every meaningful goal hit.
Celebrate every new happy user.

Take Instagram for example.

Staying in the game is a startup strategy.

Finding product-market fit and scaling can take months, years, or even decades. Everyone’s journey is different.

Just don’t compare yourself to others.
Keep building and play the long game.
Because quitting guarantees failure.

One of the most important traits for startup founders and entrepreneurs is mental toughness because:

So many times things will go wrong.
So many times people will doubt you.
So many times you’ll work long hours.
So many times you’ll face rejection.
So many times it’ll feel like
