Gabriel Jesus raised the level at , making the squad and fans believe and aim higher. Iā€™ll always be grateful to him for that, but itā€™s clear heā€™s no longer a long term solution, and it isnā€™t a surprise that the club are considering selling whilst he has value.

Kai Havertz 18 Premier League G/A is even more impressive when you consider he didnā€™t get his first open play goal for until 25th November. Those first four months were about piecing together the damage Chelsea did. Only getting started.

A deserved contract offer for Jorginho at . A consummate professional since arriving, winning over the fans and stamping his experience on the squad. Add in his constant availability, consistent performances and winning mentality, and itā€™s a no brainer.

Certain wins have shown ā€™s character this season, and Forest away was one of them. It was the first away win of 2024, confidence was just starting to build and we almost threw it away. The confidence of that win led to us blitzing teams throughout February and March.

In amongst celebrating the win, Jurrien Timber got another 70 minutes of football in his legs for the 21s. Could be very likely that we see him on the bench against Bournemouth on Saturday.

Like Havertzā€™ first goal against Chelsea, everything about this goal was perfect. From the supreme composure from to play out, the awareness and inch perfect pass from Havertz, to that exquisite touch, drive and ruthless finish from Saka. šŸ‘Œ

have now won 13, drawn one and lost one game in 2024, with 48 goals scored and eight conceded. Thereā€™s still a long way to go but there has to be some form of critical thinking when we lose a game and not the complete head loss we witnessed after Villa.

18 Premier League G/A in 34 for Kai Havertz in an shirt this season. As a centre forward, few are better at dragging defenders out of their comfort zone to compete aerially, and create space for his teammates to run into. And, he's now playing with his head up.

In the 15 days Tottenham had off, played Bayern Munich away, Wolves away and Chelsea at home. Even with Raya handing them a goal and Rice giving a way a pen, we still held on with tired legs. Thatā€™s run in mentality for you, but people donā€™t want to hear it.

People will disagree, but the way a player responds to a mistake tells you more about them than the mistake itself. David Rayaā€™s error changed the game, and put unnecessary pressure on , but he responded and was a huge reason why we saw that game out.

Everyone was waiting for to slip up, and we almost did it to ourselves, but todayā€™s performance showed our mentality. On days like this, itā€™s about getting over the line. Top teams grind out results and respond to their own mistakes. It was nervy, but we did that.

Big players step up in big moments. Today, Bukayo Saka was superb again. His goal showed how deadly he is, his corners caused havoc for Spurs and forced an own goal, and his ability to protect and drive give an outlet we werenā€™t getting elsewhere. Superb.

Kai Havertz, take a bow. His best game in an shirt, and his goal proved to be the winner. A proper battling performance all over the park, with a huge impact when it mattered most.

Chelsea got down the sides and behind with Jackson and Maduekeā€™s pace until Arteta addressed it at half time. Tottenham have similar pace with greater finishing. We need to be alive to that from the whistle. No stupid mistakes against fresh legs.

Time and time again Arteta took responsibility. When were losing he said it was on him. When we won, he said we had a long way to go. He set the standards. Compare that with Ten Hag; itā€™s never his fault and his team are robbed weekly. He is setting the standards.

Watching David Raya warm up before vs Sheffield United, the two things that stand out are how heā€™s built like an outfielder, rather than a typical keeper, and how much of his warm up is focused on footwork. And, Ramsdaleā€™s touch at the end isnā€™t bad either.
