New preprint from our lab. Ryan Karimi 's program, Vesicle Picker, allows easy identification of vesicles and possible particle locations in cryoEM. The program uses cryosparc-tools to integrate Segment Anything (AI at Meta) with cryoSPARC (Structura Biotechnology). biorxiv.org/content/10.110…

Most protein complexes are born only once. V-ATPase assembles over and over as part of its regulatory mechanism, enabled by RAVE (Regulator of ATPase of Vacuoles and Endosomes). Hanlin Wang's preprint describing the RAVE:V1 structure is now out on bioRxiv! biorxiv.org/content/10.110…
