Really fun day discussing all things fundamental in S&C with Athletics Ireland Coaching Courses 🏋️ We chatted about: ✅Building cultures of gym safety in our clubs ✅Transferring coaching techniques from the track to the gym ✅Consistently educating our athletes to build habits

Superb start to the 24/25 IUAA season in Cork UCC Athletics Club were brilliant hosts, the event was a credit to them. With 235 athletes competing across 2 races it highlights the importance 3rd level competition holds within our sport for both HP and participation
