Victoria Moul Maybe Victoria Moul & others here could reflect on how hurtful it may feel, for a poetry editor trying to keep a print mag afloat (have you any idea how hard this is?) to hear 'nice little money-spinner'.

She's working to support poets.

An apology would be kind - please.

Fiona Moore It’s an unusual element in the selection process. The editor and her colleagues have every right to run the magazine as they see fit and readers and contributors have every right to comment.

Victoria Moul Fiona Moore Once again, as our poets and I myself have said several times now, the submissions to Butcher's Dog have always been free and the option to pay £3 isn't part of the anonymous selection process. It happens a week after the final outcomes have been sent.
