The UK is only about 10 years behind. It could end up collapsing the NHS if something else doesn't first.

It concerns me that our nations' populations are becoming less and less healthy over time. Both physically and mentally.

Yes. I think people underestimate how much the actions and examples set by older generations affect younger ones.

This is an area where an obsessive focus on individualism has ill effects. There's not much generational thinking in the West compared to other parts of the world.

Courting and dating are not the same. Not in the 2024 context anyway. Perhaps in 1984 but I wasn't alive then.

It's changed a lot even since 2010. People underestimate how quickly these shifts happen on a societal level. Talk to some teens and early 20s and see how they view it.

What you see online/TV/news is often true but even when it is it's a pre-filtered version of reality. And the filter is usually negativity.

It's weird when people think being blocked by a large account is an achievement. It's not.
