Since harm reduction activists keep gaslighting Canadians about 'safer supply' fraud, I decided to publish a video interview with an addiction worker who explained how these programs are being widely abused.

If you’ve never read a safe supply study that you, taxpayers, helped fund - this one “can be used to inform policy and practice regarding safe supply implementation.”

Participants felt safe supply ideally is an extension of human rights… people have the right to have fun.

David McEvoy, an Ottawa-based addiction outreach worker who specializes in overdose prevention, estimates that 90% of “safer supply” patients in his city are selling their taxpayer-funded hydromorphone on the black market.

The immediate criticism of this approach will be that it undermines the two main principles of even having decrim - not seizing ppl's drugs (forcing them to engage in risky behaviour to feed addictions) and not forcing folks to use in private where there's no help if an overdose
