Mike Thorsen, you were a man for the ages. You transformed boys to men, mentored coaches and loved the Mountain Brook Spartans. It was a great honor to share the sidelines & life with you for 25 years. Your absence hurts our hearts. You will always be a great part of who we are.

A memorial service to celebrate the life of Coach Mike Thorsen will be held at Spartan Arena at Mountain Brook High School on Monday, July 1st at 4:00 pm. The family will receive visitors from 2:00-4:00 pm before the memorial.
