Thames Water is broken.

That is why Ministers must put them into special administration immediately to then be reformed into a public benefit company.

Only that way can we ensure the taps
keep running and that this polluting giant begins working for its customers again.

Analysis of the latest sewage stats out today show there were 3.6 million hours worth of sewage spills in 2023 - all of them approved by this government.

That equates to 411 years of continuous sewage dumping, or over 3,400 Liz Truss premierships.
